About These Terms

Welcome to AtomVerb Classes. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (atomverbclasses.com), learning management system (LMS), and all services provided by AtomVerb.

By accessing our website, creating an account, enrolling in any program, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

AtomVerb provides the following online PTE (Pearson Test of English) coaching services:

A. Live Training Programs

  • Group Batch Coaching: Rolling batches with structured 30-minute support sessions as per program details
  • 1-on-1 Premium Coaching: Limited availability, personalized sessions 
  • Live classes conducted via video conferencing platforms
  • Scheduled via online booking system with agreed time slots

B. Self-Study Courses

  • Pre-recorded video lessons
  • Access to online learning platform
  • Downloadable study materials and practice resources
  • Module-based learning with progress tracking

C. Support Services

  • Messaging app-based feedback and guidance
  • Email support for technical and course-related queries
  • Speaking/writing sample reviews (as per program inclusions)

D. Digital Products

  • PTE study notes and templates
  • Practice question banks
  • Strategy guides and checklists

Access Duration:
Each program includes a specific access period (e.g., 30 days, 60 days, 90 days) clearly stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Access ends automatically when the period expires unless renewed.


3. Eligibility & Account Registration

A. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase services. If you are between 16-18 years old, you may use AtomVerb with parental/guardian consent.

B. Account Creation

When you register, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

C. One Account Per Student

Each account is for individual use only. You may not:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Allow multiple people to access your account
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions

Violation of this policy will result in immediate suspension without refund.


4. Payments & Pricing

A. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay’s payment gateway. We do not store your credit card or banking information on our servers.

B. Pricing Transparency

  • All prices are clearly displayed on our website before purchase
  • Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be shown at checkout
  • Prices are subject to change, but existing purchases are unaffected

C. Payment Confirmation

By completing payment, you confirm that:

  • You understand the program details, access duration, and deliverables
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • You agree to our No Refund Policy (see Section 5)
  • You have reviewed the course curriculum and schedule

5. No Refund Policy – 100% Non-Refundable

All AtomVerb fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Live coaching programs (group or 1-on-1)
  • Self-study courses
  • Course renewals or extensions
  • Feedback-only packages
  • Digital study materials and notes
  • Missed classes or unused sessions
  • Change of mind or personal circumstances
  • Dissatisfaction with course content
  • Technical issues on your end (internet, device)
  • Exam postponement or cancellation by Pearson
  • Failure to achieve desired PTE score

Why No Refunds?

AtomVerb provides digital services with instant access:

  • Course content unlocks immediately upon enrollment
  • Support channels are activated instantly
  • Learning materials and recordings become accessible
  • Pedagogical value is delivered from day one
  • Digital products cannot be “returned” like physical goods

Once access is granted, the service has been rendered.

Exception – Technical Error Only

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • A duplicate payment was charged due to a verified payment gateway technical error
  • You must email proof (transaction screenshots, bank statement) to support@atomverbclasses.com within 3 business days of the charge
  • AtomVerb reserves the right to verify the error before processing any refund

No refunds will be issued after 3 business days or for any other reason.


6. Content Usage & Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by AtomVerb—including but not limited to:

  • Video lessons (live and recorded)
  • Class recordings (live sessions, group sessions)
  • Study notes, templates, and slides
  • Practice questions and assignments
  • Support messages and feedback
  • Email explanations and strategies
  • Downloadable PDFs and resources

…is the exclusive intellectual property of AtomVerb Classes and Ankit Bhardwaj, protected under:

  • Indian Copyright Act, 1957
  • Information Technology Act, 2000
  • International copyright treaties

You Are Strictly Prohibited From:

  • Screen-recording, downloading (beyond permitted materials), or reproducing any content
  • Sharing, redistributing, or reselling course materials
  • Uploading AtomVerb content to social media, video platforms, messaging channels, file-sharing services, or any online platform
  • Broadcasting live classes or recordings to third parties
  • Using course content for commercial teaching or tutoring purposes
  • Sharing feedback publicly or in other study groups
  • Creating derivative works based on AtomVerb materials

Personal Use Only: You may access and view content solely for your own PTE preparation.


7. Anti-Piracy Enforcement & Legal Action

AtomVerb takes content theft seriously. We employ multiple security measures:

  • Video watermarking (visible and invisible)
  • Access logs and IP tracking
  • Digital fingerprinting on downloadable materials
  • Monitoring of social media and file-sharing platforms

Consequences of Unauthorized Sharing

If you violate our content usage policy, we will:

  1. Immediate Account Termination
    • Instant suspension of platform access
    • Removal from support channels
    • No refund or compensation
  2. Legal Action
    • Civil suit for copyright infringement under Indian Copyright Act (damages up to ₹2 lakh per violation)
    • Criminal complaint under IT Act, 2000 (imprisonment up to 3 years and/or fine)
    • Recovery of actual damages, legal costs, and lost revenue
  3. Reporting to Authorities
    • Notification to Pearson PTE (if fraudulent profiles or misconduct detected)
    • Reporting to cybercrime cells if large-scale piracy occurs
  4. Public Disclosure
    • AtomVerb reserves the right to publicly name repeat offenders on social media and in legal notices
We reserve the right to pursue legal action whenever necessary to protect our intellectual property.
 

 

8. Program-Specific Terms

A. Essential Prep Program

  • Rolling batches with flexible start dates
  • Structured 30-minute support sessions as per program details (scheduled via online booking system)
  • Messaging app feedback included
  • Batch size may vary; AtomVerb reserves the right to merge or reschedule batches with reasonable notice
  • Missed check-ins cannot be rescheduled or refunded

B. 1-on-1 Coaching

  • Premium service with limited availability
  • Sessions scheduled mutually via online booking
  • Minimum 24-hour notice required for rescheduling
  • No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) forfeit the session
  • Sessions are non-transferable to other students

C. Self-Study Courses

  • Fully self-paced with online platform access
  • No live sessions or messaging support (unless bundled)
  • Access expires after the stated period
  • No extensions unless purchased separately

D. Support Services

  • Active support during program duration only
  • Response time: within 24-48 hours on business days
  • Support ends when your access period expires
  • Feedback is provided on submitted samples only (speaking/writing tasks)

9. Student Responsibilities

You agree to:

A. Attend Scheduled Sessions

  • Join classes and check-ins on time
  • Notify us in advance if you cannot attend
  • Come prepared with questions and completed assignments

B. Maintain Professional Conduct

  • Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
  • Avoid disruptive behavior in live classes or support channels
  • No spamming, harassment, or offensive language

C. Submit Work on Time

  • Follow deadlines for assignments and feedback submissions
  • Provide clear, complete samples for review

D. Use Appropriate Technology

  • Ensure stable internet connection
  • Use compatible devices (laptop/desktop recommended for online platform)
  • Test video conferencing platform before sessions

AtomVerb is not responsible for technical issues on your end.


10. Instructor Availability & Schedule Changes

  • Class schedules and booking availability may change due to instructor circumstances
  • AtomVerb will provide reasonable notice (minimum 12 hours) for rescheduling
  • In case of instructor illness or emergency, classes may be rescheduled or recorded sessions provided as substitution
  • No refunds or compensation for rescheduled classes

11. No Score Guarantee

AtomVerb does NOT guarantee any specific PTE score or exam outcome.

Your results depend on multiple factors:

  • Your effort, consistency, and practice
  • Baseline English proficiency
  • Test-taking skills and exam-day performance
  • Pearson PTE scoring algorithms
  • Exam conditions beyond our control

AtomVerb provides high-quality training, strategies, and support, but we cannot control or guarantee exam results.


12. Course Content & Curriculum Changes

AtomVerb reserves the right to:

  • Update course content to reflect PTE exam changes
  • Improve or modify teaching methods
  • Add or remove modules based on effectiveness
  • Change instructors or support staff

These changes do not entitle you to a refund. We continuously improve our programs for better student outcomes.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AtomVerb and its owners (Ankit Bhardwaj, Rajwant Sharma) shall NOT be liable for:

  • Exam-related issues: Cancellations, rescheduling, technical glitches, or scoring disputes by Pearson PTE
  • Score fluctuations: Lower-than-expected scores, score variations across attempts
  • Technical problems on your side: Internet outages, device failures, incompatible browsers, power cuts
  • Third-party services: Issues with video conferencing platforms, messaging apps, payment gateways, scheduling tools, or other platforms we use
  • Consequential damages: Lost time, missed immigration deadlines, visa application failures, emotional distress
  • Account suspension: Loss of access due to Terms violations or piracy

Maximum liability: In the unlikely event of a valid claim, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific program in question.


14. Suspension & Termination

AtomVerb reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately without prior notice if you:

  • Violate content usage or anti-piracy policies
  • Share account credentials
  • Engage in harassment, abusive behavior, or spam
  • Provide false information during registration
  • Fail to pay for services (if installment plans are offered)
  • Attempt to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate payments

No refund will be issued in case of termination for policy violations.


15. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

By using AtomVerb, you consent to:

  • Collection and processing of personal data as described
  • Communication via email, messaging apps, and other channels
  • Use of cookies and analytics on our website

16. Third-Party Services

AtomVerb uses third-party platforms for:

  • Payment processing
  • Scheduling and booking
  • Video conferencing
  • Messaging and support
  • Website hosting and security
  • Email delivery

We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime, outages, or technical issues with these platforms
  • Changes to their terms of service or pricing
  • Data breaches or security issues on their end (though we choose reputable providers)

You agree to comply with the terms of service of these third-party platforms when using AtomVerb services.


17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

A. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

B. Dispute Resolution Process

In case of any dispute:

  1. Informal Resolution (First Step):
  2. Mediation (Second Step):
    • If unresolved, parties agree to attempt mediation before legal action
  3. Legal Action (Final Step):
    • Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jalandhar, Punjab, India

C. Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits against AtomVerb.


18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.


19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AtomVerb regarding use of our services.

Any prior agreements, verbal promises, or informal communications are superseded by these Terms.


20. Changes to Terms & Conditions

AtomVerb reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

When we make changes:

  • The “Last Updated” date will be revised
  • Material changes will be notified via email and/or website announcement
  • Continued use of AtomVerb services after changes constitutes acceptance

Your options if you disagree:

  • Stop using AtomVerb services
  • Contact us to close your account

Note: Changes do not apply retroactively to programs already purchased.


21. Force Majeure

AtomVerb is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, pandemics)
  • Internet or telecommunications infrastructure failures
  • Government actions, war, or civil unrest
  • Power outages or server failures at hosting providers
  • Third-party platform outages or technical issues

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resume services and may offer alternate arrangements (recorded sessions, extended access).

23. Acknowledgment

By using AtomVerb Classes, you acknowledge that:

✓ You agree to the No Refund Policy
✓ You will not share or pirate course content
✓ You understand there is no PTE score guarantee
✓ You accept the limitations of liability
✓ You consent to communication via email, messaging apps, and other channels

If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using AtomVerb services and request account closure.
