Refund Policy for AtomVerb Classes

AtomVerb Classes is an online PTE coaching platform operated by Ankit Bhardwaj (Sole Proprietor). We provide digital learning services including live coaching, self-study courses, recorded lessons, Telegram support, and downloadable study materials.

Due to the instant-access nature of digital services, all AtomVerb purchases are strictly non-refundable.

By completing any payment on our website, you acknowledge and accept this No Refund Policy.


1. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

All fees paid to AtomVerb are 100% non-refundable, including but not limited to:

A. Coaching Programs

  • Group batch coaching with structured 30-minute support sessions as per program details

  • 1-on-1 premium coaching sessions

  • Speaking/writing feedback packages

  • Intensive Prep courses

B. Self-Study Products

  • Self-paced online courses

  • Pre-recorded video lessons

  • Digital study notes and templates

  • Practice question banks

  • Strategy guides

C. Access & Extensions

  • Course renewals

  • Access extensions

  • Additional support hours

  • Telegram group upgrades

D. Unused Services

  • Missed live classes or check-ins

  • Unused 1-on-1 session credits

  • Unviewed recorded lessons

  • Unsubmitted feedback requests

  • Unexpired access periods

E. Personal Circumstances

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Personal emergencies or life changes

  • Exam postponement or cancellation by Pearson PTE

  • Visa application outcomes (approved/rejected)

  • Immigration timeline changes

  • Failure to achieve desired PTE score

  • Dissatisfaction with course content or teaching methods

F. Technical Issues (Student-Side)

  • Internet connectivity problems

  • Device compatibility issues

  • Inability to attend classes due to time zone or schedule conflicts

  • Lost login credentials (these can be recovered)

  • Forgotten enrollment or lack of course usage


2. Why We Have a Strict No Refund Policy

AtomVerb provides digital services with immediate value delivery:

A. Instant Access

  • Course content unlocks immediately upon successful payment

  • Dashboard and modules become accessible within minutes

  • Telegram support groups are activated instantly

  • Live class schedules and links are shared right away

  • Downloadable materials can be accessed and saved immediately

B. Digital Nature of Products

  • Video content cannot be “returned” once viewed

  • Study materials can be downloaded and saved externally

  • Telegram feedback and explanations are provided in real-time

  • Knowledge and strategies shared cannot be “un-learned”

  • Recordings can be watched repeatedly during access period

C. Service Rendered

  • Pedagogical value is delivered from the moment you enroll

  • Instructor availability is allocated and reserved

  • Support resources are committed to your learning

  • Batch slots or 1-on-1 time slots are blocked for you

  • Administrative and onboarding work begins upon enrollment

D. Resource Allocation

  • Limited 1-on-1 slots are taken off the availability calendar

  • Group batch capacity is allocated per student

  • Telegram support bandwidth is committed

  • Instructor time and preparation are invested

Once you enroll and access is granted, the service has been fully rendered.


3. Pre-Purchase Due Diligence

Before purchasing any AtomVerb program, you are encouraged to:

A. Review Available Information

  • Watch free YouTube videos to assess teaching style

  • Read course descriptions and curriculum details on the website

  • Check program duration and access period clearly stated on pricing page

  • Review sample schedules and check-in formats

  • Understand what is and isn’t included in each package

B. Ask Questions

  • Contact us at ankit@atomverbclasses.com with any questions

  • Request clarifications about program suitability

  • Confirm batch timings, check-in schedules, and time zones

  • Verify technical requirements (device, internet speed, platform compatibility)

C. Confirm Your Commitment

  • Ensure you have time to attend live sessions

  • Verify the program fits your exam timeline

  • Check that the price and payment method are acceptable

  • Read and understand the Terms & Conditions

  • Accept that all sales are final

Lack of research or preparation on your part does not constitute grounds for a refund.


4. No Chargeback or Payment Disputes

A. Chargeback Prohibition

By purchasing from AtomVerb, you agree NOT to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank, card provider, or payment gateway for services that were legitimately delivered.

B. Consequences of Unauthorized Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback despite receiving access to services:

Immediate Account Termination

  • All access will be revoked

  • Removal from Telegram support groups

  • Cancellation of scheduled live sessions

  • Blacklisting from future enrollment

Legal Action

  • AtomVerb reserves the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

  • Recovery of disputed amount + legal fees + administrative costs

  • Reporting to relevant authorities for payment fraud

Evidence of Service Delivery

  • We maintain detailed logs: login history, video watch time, Telegram activity, class attendance records

  • This evidence will be submitted to payment processors and courts if necessary

Legitimate payment errors (duplicate charges, technical glitches) are handled separately—see Section 5.


5. Exception – Verified Payment Errors Only

A refund may be issued in the following rare circumstances:

A. Duplicate Payment Due to Technical Error

  • You were charged twice for the same purchase due to a verified payment gateway or website error

  • The duplicate charge was not intentional (e.g., you did not click “Pay” multiple times)

B. Unauthorized Transaction

  • A transaction was processed on your card/account without your knowledge or consent

  • You must file a police report and provide documentation

C. System Malfunction Preventing Access

  • Payment was successful but no access was granted due to a website/platform error

  • AtomVerb’s technical team confirms the error and cannot resolve it within 48 hours

  • You have not consumed any course content during this period

How to Request an Error-Based Refund:

Step 1: Contact us immediately

Step 2: Provide evidence within 3 business days of the transaction
Include:

  • Transaction ID and payment receipt

  • Bank statement showing duplicate/unauthorized charge

  • Screenshots of error messages (if applicable)

  • Description of the technical issue

Step 3: Allow investigation

  • AtomVerb will verify the claim with the payment gateway provider and our systems

  • Investigation may take 5–7 business days

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if evidence is insufficient

Step 4: Refund processing (if approved)

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method

  • Allow 7–10 business days for bank processing

  • Payment gateway transaction fees are non-refundable

No refund requests will be entertained after 3 business days from the transaction date.


6. Alternative Resolutions (Non-Refundable)

If you experience issues, we may offer non-refund alternatives at our discretion:

A. Technical Support

  • Help with login or access issues

  • Browser/device compatibility troubleshooting

  • Alternative access options for study materials

B. Schedule Adjustments

  • Rescheduling missed 1-on-1 sessions (with 24 hrs notice)

  • Switching to a different batch (if available and suitable)

  • Extending access period for technical downtime (at our discretion)

C. Partial Program Transfers

  • In rare cases, unused 1-on-1 session credits may be transferred to a different student (with documentation and approval)

  • This is NOT a refund — original payment remains non-refundable

These measures are goodwill gestures, not entitlements. AtomVerb reserves the right to offer or deny alternatives on a case-by-case basis.


7. Rescheduling vs. Refunds

A. Live Class Rescheduling

  • If you miss a live group class, we may provide a recording (if available)

  • Missed classes do not qualify for refunds or credit

  • Batch schedules are fixed; personal absences are your responsibility

B. 1-on-1 Session Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule with minimum 24 hours notice

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows forfeit the session

  • Forfeited sessions are not refundable and not reschedulable

C. Emergency Rescheduling (Instructor-Side)

  • In case of instructor illness or emergency, AtomVerb will reschedule or provide alternative arrangements

  • This does not constitute grounds for a refund


8. Score Guarantee Disclaimer

AtomVerb does NOT guarantee any specific PTE score.

If you do not achieve your desired score:

  • This does not qualify for a refund

  • Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and exam conditions

  • You may re-enroll in additional programs at standard pricing

9. Force Majeure & Service Interruptions

AtomVerb is not liable for service interruptions due to:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions

  • Internet or hosting provider outages

  • Third-party platform failures (e.g., video conferencing or messaging platforms)

  • Cyber attacks or security breaches

In such cases:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to resume services or provide alternatives

  • Access periods may be extended at our discretion

  • No refunds will be issued


10. Consumer Protection & Legal Rights

A. Indian Consumer Law

Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India), refunds for digital services are generally not mandated if:

  • The service was described accurately before purchase

  • Access was granted as promised

  • No fraudulent misrepresentation occurred

AtomVerb complies with these standards. All program details, pricing, and access durations are clearly stated before purchase.

B. International Consumers

For customers outside India:

  • This policy applies equally regardless of your location

  • By enrolling, you agree to Indian jurisdiction for resolving refund-related disputes for AtomVerb’s digital services

C. Your Legal Options

If you believe AtomVerb has engaged in fraud or misrepresentation:

  • You may file a complaint with appropriate consumer protection authorities

  • You may pursue legal action under the jurisdiction specified in our Terms & Conditions (Jalandhar, Punjab, India)

However, disagreement with our No Refund Policy or dissatisfaction with results does not constitute fraud.


11. Data Deletion After Denied Refunds

If you request a refund (which will be denied as per this policy) and subsequently request account deletion:

  • We will process your data deletion request as per our Privacy Policy

  • Data deletion does not reverse the payment or grant a refund

  • Financial records will be retained for tax and legal compliance (up to 7 years as required under law)


12. Responsibility to Read and Understand Policies

By purchasing from AtomVerb, you confirm that:

  • You have read this Refund Policy in full

  • You have read and understood the Terms & Conditions

  • You accept that all sales are final and non-refundable

  • You will not initiate chargebacks for legitimately delivered services

  • You understand AtomVerb is a digital service with instant access

  • You have conducted appropriate due diligence before purchasing

“I didn’t read the policy” is not a valid basis for a refund.


13. Changes to This Refund Policy

AtomVerb reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be indicated by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

How we may notify you:

  • Updated policy posted on the website

  • Email notification to active students (for material changes)

  • Announcement in Telegram groups (for enrolled students)

Policy changes do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the update.
